MALBA Foundations is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting multilingual girls in Kenya through education, mentorship, and leadership development. Founded by Lul Yusuf, MALBA is rooted in the belief that when a girl learns, she leads. And when she leads, entire communities rise with her.
What We Do
- Provide full scholarships, school supplies, and uniforms to girls at risk of dropping out.
- Distribute reusable sanitary products and offer menstrual health education.
- Connect girls with mentors from Kenya and the diaspora through monthly leadership workshops.
- Work toward building MALBA Academy, a model girls’ school focused on community, wellness, and empowerment.
Where We Work
We currently serve students in both rural and urban regions, including Mabusi Elementary and NEP Girls School.
